SPRING is here (yippee!)... as I'm sure you realize, today is the first day of Spring! I can just feel the warm sunny days right around the corner... and boy am I ready for the April showers and May flowers! Since Zachary is getting bigger, I just can't wait for us to play outside with the smell of the fresh air and flowers in bloom. The weather here is been so haphazard... one day it's snowing 7 inches, and three days later it's sunny and 70 degrees. That may sound extreme, but it actually happened a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully, we'll beat the ups and downs of the temperature without coming down with anything too serious.So, in catching up with the pictures I've taken this month, I thought I'd share the late afternoon we spent at the park on the playground equipment. In a previous post, I mentioned that Len was away at his GM's conference in New Orleans a couple of weeks ago... well, he surprised us by taking an earlier flight on the Sunday he returned so we could hang out together before heading back to work Monday morning.
Since it was a warm day out, we decided it was the perfect opportunity to try out the playground again. (Last time we went was in the Fall when Zach was so much smaller...)I'm happy to report, he really seemed to love it. The swing was his favorite, I think, and it was just adorable to watch him take in the breeze as he swung higher and higher (but not too high, Daddy! hee hee).
